Jay Starks joined TFG Financial Group as a Dual Career associate in the Winter of 2010.  She is also a full-time sales associate for Von Maur Department Store in Greenwood Park Mall.  As a member of Steve Gipson's TFG Team, Jay handles life and health insurance products.  Her office is located on the southeast side of Indianapolis.

Prior to working at TFG and Von Maur, Jay worked for the University of Indianapolis.  During her 13 years at the university, she held positions in the library, Career Services, and Alumni Relations.  Jay's husband, Bob, is a Concrete Construction Manager with Patterson-Horth Construction Company.  For many years, Jay and Bob operated a concrete construction business of their own, specializing in light commercial and residential concrete construction.  They also previously owned and operated a gift service business for several years in which they serviced local businesses with their gift-giving needs for employees and clients.  Jay loves interacting with people and has always enjoyed sales and customer service.  Assisting clients with their Life and Health Insurance needs is a natural fit for her.

Jay loves spending time with her husband and family and traveling.  She and her husband are active members of St. Mary's Catholic Church in downtown Indianapolis.
